Mr Niel Kang

I don’t normally do reviews, however, I felt I really needed to write a review about my recent surgery with Neil Kang. I fell and fractured my elbow and had a slight dislocation. I was in a severe amount of pain and very emotional. When I rang his practice, I cannot explain how calming caring and totally wonderful the practice manager was, she squeezed me in at the end of the next clinic to see Mr Kang, although there were no appointments available. I was so shocked, when that evening Neil Kang rang me and suggested I take my arm out of the sling and do a few movements to help with mobility. I was booked in for surgery very quickly. The day of my surgery he came and spoke to me, re-assuring me all the way. I am now two weeks post surgery. I have excellent movement in my arm. I have very little pain and I am so happy with the small, almost unnoticeable scar that I have. I cannot thank Neil Kang and his practice manager for all they have done. All done with great care and a thoughtful approach. Just brilliant.

I’m very impressed with the quality of care I received from Mr. Kang. Following GP referral, I was seen quickly and was given the option of surgery following an MRI. The operation went well and I was discharged on the same day. Mr. Kang removed the stitches 2 weeks later and advised the next steps to recovery. Since then, I’ve seen a physio, steadily recovered mobility in my joint, and expect to be back to playing sport within 4 months after surgery. Thank you!

Well what can I say! This man is professional, polite and made me feel so at ease. I am very nervous of interventions, however small and I felt just fine knowing Mr Kang was taking care of things. From the very first meeting to the surgery and follow up I was relaxed and confident knowing that I was in the hands of a true gentleman and great doctor. At first I elected not to have the surgery on my very badly broken humerus and my choice was treated with respect. I then changed my mind two days later before I knew it I had had the surgery and I am recovering well. I would suggest to anyone to opt in for the surgery, It was an awkward operation I believe but Mr Kang is an expert and did a great job! I can highly recommend you see him and his team...they are ALL amazingly professional and kind. Thank you all so much.

From the time the surgery was first suggested I was kept informed , ,he showed me the xrays and explained the problem.,let me see the sort of replacement I would have ..It could have been a very frightening experience ,but because of Mr Kangs expertise and manner I felt at ease , and now I have a new shoulder which has completely changed my ability to do the things i want to . We are quick to complain in this country, we must learn to be thankful too

I was happy to be in the care of Niel Kang who is a true professional! He is able to explain the complex issues in a way that is clear and understandable. I had a reverse shoulder arthoplasty and I am now pain free and movement is returning to normal with rapidity Thanks Mr Kang
